God invaded a world that was already His. He came in under cover of darkness and was unrecognizable to most people. He could have invaded with massive armies and taken what was His by force, but He didn’t. He broke in to bring us in to His heart so that we could experience His presence and blessings. During the next four weeks, in what the Church calls the season of Advent, we will discover why God entered our world, why we have such great worth in His eyes, and why it makes a difference to the way we live.
